The company is a family business and the owner Ross Charters CSSW CSRT is the surveyor who is in charge of the day to day running of the company. He started his trade in the preservation industry over 12 years ago and is now a proven leading specialist in his field.
To the right is our surveyor Ross Charters presenting to 200 Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), as an expert in his field of damp diagnosis to BRE Digest 245 he was asked to speak at this event by RICS.
Ross Charters is fully qualified and has gained the national qualifications which are CSRT, certificated surveyor in remedial treatments and the CSSW certificated surveyor in structural waterproofing. Only 300 people in the UK can say they have the CSSW qualification and only 150 have both the CSSW and CSRT.
He has also studied and passed the Thor Helical Remedial Design engineering Course in masonry defects and diagnosis, helical repair systems and remedial wall tie systems which allows to correctly specify the repair needed and also carry out the repair.
