Structural Repairs

Complete Preservation can specify the correct design repair strategy for all types of structural movement from a bowing wall, cavity wall tie failure, failed lintels, and crack stitching. We have been trained and are approved by Thor Helical and use Thor Helical Remedial products and designs for all of our structural repairs.

Piling

Complete Preservation also carry out piling, we use the shire's helical screw pile system that are hammered into the ground until a measured resistance is met. We use this system to jack back up single storey extensions that have dropped from structural movement of the foundations.

Quickbase Foundations

Complete Preservation are qualified installers of the quickbase system which consists of shire's helical screw piles, the piles support lightweight part recycled plastic ground beams connected via a series of joins to form the frame. The ground beam is then filled with a specially formulated non shrink grout to give a high strength composite beam when cured.

A pre manufactured lightweight insulated damp proof floor slab is fixed with resin onto the completed ground beams. This system is used for conservatorys and single storey extensions. It is the fastest system on the market and comes with a insurance back guarantee and full design liabilty by the engineers.

Timber Resin Engineering

Complete Preservation use the Rotafix timber resin engineering products for all of our works. We have carried out lots of timber resin repairs using the Rotafix timber resin splice where it has saved the client a fortune because of fungal decay and beetle infestation.
